Children are the future of Rwanda and their education are the building block for a better tomorrow. You can sponsor a child or young adult’s secondary or vocational school education. At secondary school, they study general courses the first three years and customized courses their last three years preparing them for a job or university studied. They study technology and English throughout all six years. Vocational school is a one or two year program in practical and concrete skills that lead directly to employment after graduation. Courses of study at vocational school mechanics, driving, electricity, cooking, hospitality, etc.
The price of school includes tuition, room and board, school supplies and transportation. Vocational school also includes a two month internship.
Secondary school: $700/year
Vocational school: $850/year
We ask that sponsors commit a minimum of $500/year.
